What type of food do you most enjoy? Does your cultural or ethnic background influence your enjoyment of food and cooking?

I love Indian food. My background doesn't influence it too much as I try to always keep an open mind.

I've always loved eating great food and exploring restaurants but have also recently begun cooking and delving into my own creations.
